black.
Amish again, IMO. < /S >
No map, no care.
Those darn, ‘Crimes of Passion!’ ;)
Yep. I spent much of my Navy career in Jacksonville, Florida, one of the top-10 high-crime cities in the country.
I never felt unsafe.
Almost all of the violent crime is concentrated in what is known as the "cease fire triangle" and it is a part of town that I, as a white person, never had any reason to visit or commute through.
So I didn't.
Know where these zip codes are (and in many cases, it's just a few city blocks) and stay away.
This being said, there are cities (Chicago, for example) where the crime is spreading to the "good" zip codes.
But, pretty much the rule is simple (but, very, very racist). Lots of blacks = lots of crime.
Even the Mexican neighborhoods aren't this bad. Not by a long shot.
If blacks could lower their crime rate to that of Mexican immigrants, we'd be living in utopia.

My impresssion is Jacksonville is a VERY LARGE city by area and very spread out. Where are the crimes concentrated ?
North of Beaver St., west of New Kings Rd, and east of the 295 beltway. If you look at it on a map, it's a triangle.
Leftists love to gaslight the world that blacks don’t commit the crime. Of course, we all know they do.
That’s not to say that the rest of the city is a crime-free paradise. There’s a lot of blacks in Jacksonville. But for the most part, stay away from that triangle.
Social media + smartphone cameras are shining a light on what everyone used to deny.
Dark zip codes. Liberate the children and elderly, bomb the rest.
Crime is spreading quite rapidly in cities which, until a short time ago, had a very miniscule crime rate. These areas were formerly lazy little hamlets in bucolic areas. However, now the same locales are being infiltrated by nefarious types who wish to change the landscape and are finding fresh victims. Many law enforcement, Chamber of Commerce, and local media either don’t report the gravity of the situation or gloss it over so that they can attract new citizens and businesses into their towns to bulk up their tax coffers.
Luckily we’re allowing more dirtbag Haitians and Somalians in, so that will help…
That’s why I stayed in Clay County almost always.
I would enter Duval every now and then.
If there is one zip code for western Washington, I’ll agree to certain zip codes.
I’ve been in Cook County for 3 weeks. No murders nearby. But there are many places I wouldn’t go. Here’s 2022 murder info for Chicago (a large part of Cook County). https://heyjackass.com/category/chicago-crime-2022/
Add “violent” to the headline and it is mostly true. Crimes like burglary, robbery, petty theft, automotive theft, etc are up almost everywhere. It’s just violent crime that is mostly limited to urban areas. As the economy declines, crime is going to get worse. Violent crime will still be centered in cities, but it will bleed further into suburban and even some rural areas unlucky enough to be near a city. Folks need to be proactive and take precautions to avoid being a victim.
