How about arresting parents who expose their children to these shows.
She’s essentially banning people from dressing the way they want by claiming men dressing as women is akin to a sex show. That might fly…. Might! But I have serious doubts. As strange as it sounds, clothes are just clothes and it’s hard to make a legal justification for men not being able to wear a dress anymore than justifying a woman not being allowed to wear a suit. This is a tough topic for conservatives. Social constructs are and have been fluid forever.
As far as which bathrooms to use and which sports teams to play on… that’s where our real leverage is and where the law may very well be on our side.
In my day a drag race involved young men in a contest about whose car could accelerate through a quarter mile the quickest. Not some perverted men in exaggerated makeup and high heels prancing around on stage.

Exactly. The problem is not drag shows. The problem is shitty parents that would take a little kid to a drag show.
I attended some fun drag shows at the Pyramid Club in NYC in the eighties.
I am not clutching anything or holding back on this topic. I have lost friendships over my stance on this, don’t care. I post constantly on my Facebook page about this and the poison shots. I think most people secretly agree and I’ve gotten many private messages from those who do thanking me for doing it. It’s time to push back in any way you can, big or small, it eventually has a butterfly effect.

And to think, Dan Quayle was mocked for firing the opening shot. It shut down pro family folks for decades thinking they would get Quayled.

I don’t know what it is with librarians, but they are a strange bunch. I cannot for the life of me explain the thoughts of the parents.

All of this falls squarely on the PARENTS. When a workplace is in disorder it is ALWAYS a management issue. Wimp managers breed disorder. Same with wimp parents, who weakly went along with all the rot leading up TO where we’re at. They wanted no correction from God on it, either.
I agree. Parents could stop it all in a heartbeat.
wearing a dress and pretending to be a woman is one thing. Drag shows in gay clubs are also one thing. Oversexualizing their dress, heavy makeup and suggestive gyrations in a public setting and targeting children are, to women, the equivalent of blackface tapdancing.
I wish she was our Governor in California also... sigh
