Maybe he wants to get away from his ambitious wife who probably pushed him too soon after his stroke.

Looks like Kamala might have to stay close to DC to break Senate ties...

In 2022 He himself knew he wasn’t well. His family knew he wasn’t well. The Democrats of PA knew he wasn’t well. Americans who paid attention knew he wasn’t well. It was obvious to all.
They all lied to the world. And with the help of fraud, made this freak a US Senator.
Zero sympathy

“The aide also says this hasn’t compromised his ability to do the job going forward, and he will be back to work once he has taken care of his mental health,” Burns added.Um, it's not that simple.

Legally, what can the Governor do about it? The Senate is a Federal office.
The party will talk Fetterman (or his wife) into resigning, so Shapiro can appoint . . . Fetterman’s wife.

Shapiro has no say in the matter unless/until Fetterman dies or resigns. There is no procedure to remove a Senator from office short of the Senate voting by 2/3rds majority to remove him.

Good job Penn state Repubs. Now he is going to resign and the birthplace of the Constitution will have his Brazilian illegal alien wife for a US Senator. And the city it was written in is almost impossible to walk through without being murdered.

Is there a process for replacing an incapacitated senator?
If Fetterman resigned then Shapiro would select a replacement. But if he’s in the hospital long term, but not resigning, that is where I don’t know if Shapiro can do anything.
To: Red Badger
For weeks? This is not clinical depression as was reported yesterday.
