Austin was once fun and quirky, as well as very pretty. But those days are long gone. I avoid the place like the plague now. The last time I was there was a couple of years ago for a wedding. Then, I got right back out.
The closest I’ll go is Georgetown where I have some good friends. And even that’s getting a little too close these days.
