Don Lemon’s tasteless and sexist remark was not worthy of suspension nor firing. He would have never said this about Hilllary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, nor Diane Fienstein. Niki Haley is a republican, not even a right wing republican. He said it because he is an extreme left wing bigoted, racist, republican hater and political hack. That is worthy of being fired for.
I’m 72. I retired when I was 70. My manager was a 55 year old lass who worked hard to remain attractive.
About 6 months before I retired we were talking about lasses past their prime.
I told her bikini-wise I thought she could still pull it off i.e. she was a looker and it would repay the effort for those of us of the male persuasion to get a glance.

I don’t think the word motherhood means to liberals what you think it means. With all the woke the word motherhood seems to mean more about some transwoman named Karen. Motherhood seems to be a archaic concept because no enlightened LGBQT+ or correct cis-person would have the gall to have children with the world being destroyed in 11 years. They will borrow some poor underachieving birth-giving person’s child to provide the next generation of world utopians by indoctrination instruction early in their lives thereby saving Mother Earth from the bad people that over populate her.
