Whatever. If PDJT really was guilty of any crime, they would have disappeared him looong ago. The man is truly an example of American hard work ethics and decency and charity. Obama & Hillary? Criminal. Biden? Criminal. Kamala? Slumb dut.

anyone with a functioning brain knew it would be infiltrated.

DJT should not have called that rally. Unless he was willing for it go be a full on revolt, it should never have been done.

This was a great segment, tonight, on Stinchfield’s program....shows clips filmed, from the night before, where the J6 prisoners are being held....and, the nightly rallies being held for them (I had no idea wonderful folks were doing this) ...

Re: 97 - LOL!

There’s a significant difference between talking about immigration and trans-groomers, and holding a rally the same day and at the same location when the VP presides over Congress and counts the electoral votes, etc.

Especially when there had been a contested election, and President Trump had called the election “rugged”, and his clown car attorneys were making unverifiable claims, etc.

We’re not going to agree on this.

He did not incite anything but for people to show up and peaceably gather.

President Trump and his supporters believed that the presidential election of 2020 was stolen.

President Trump did not incite the voters.

Partner, all I am saying is that we believe your premise and that is President did not incite the people.

I.E. we were P.O.ed that the election was stolen and rigged by the Democrats.

Good. Now that former presidents can be sued, the Biden family is a target rich environment. Obama is a target rich environment. If the Prosecutors won’t do the job, maybe those with pitchforks, tar and feathers can get’er done.

When the DNC destroys the cities and peoples basic security by the destruction of the police, all those in government might notice they are being “singled” out one at a target, er time.

There was no “insurrection”. No incitement in Trump’s speech, but did as for a peaceful protest.

Garland is the most corrupted AG in American history. I worked under 5 AGs, including Clinton’s corrupted Janet Reno and the black racist Eric Holder, as well as great ADAs in their administrations. Nothing compares to the Biden criminal/corrupt administration’s Justice Department.

It most be dismantled and rebuilt from the bottom up.

If they are going to sue Trump, don’t forget Pelosi, Wray and Ray Epps.

Hmmm....... what does SOTUS say?

If Trump had metaphorically killed his enemies there would not be this problem. Instead, he chose not to fight

These DOJ people have overstepped their positions and authority and are overtly biased and dishonest. They all need to be summarily executed by a firing squad.

Yep, they are real POS alright. Can the RICO statutes be used against government agencies? Cuz’ if there’s any group that needs to be brought down a peg it’s that dept. along with some of our “intelligence” agencies.

“That would be Great! His lawyers could then subpoena the FBI, Nancy Pelosi, and the Capital Police Chief. There would be no squirming out from underneath that.”

Discovery depends on the judge conducting the trial. If the FBI, and other government officials, declare national security or classified material as reasons for not testifying, the judge may agree. Many January 6 defendants were convicted after being denied discovery and due process. He same DC federal court judges will be hearing the civil and criminal cases against Trump.

Notice neither Congress nor the Supreme Court is doing anything to reign in the weaponization of the legal system.

More BS persecution. Holding s rally is not ordering or encouraging an attack.
