Easier to say than to do. Rather than big fantasy talk, cut a check for a fighting conservative organization.
Now they have two things in the toilet:
One for punishing the school for living up to their religious beliefs (First Amendment)
And two, for using a taxpayer function as a threat and punishment for further action while violating the first amendment.

The school MUST sue, and we must fund them to reach the SCOTUS to end male participation in female sports.
A lot of the Christian-based health care sharing plans have compiled a network of contracted physicians who are on board with the Christian world view already. It's a wonderful idea.
