Washington D.C. city government said in a written statement the payment of $1 billion would be distributed among 343 plaintiffs who alleged physical and emotional injuries in the police response to protests ignited by the killing of Ashli Babbit, an unarmed female veteran, at the hands of the Capitol police.

Not anymore they don't. This is Obama's massive wealth transfer and banks are a major component of it. It's a sleight of hand. When it's over, the current middle class will be the new Cabrini Green occupants and the current minority members, having received their modern-day equivalent of 40 acres and a mule will then funnel it back through to the corporatists. This will cement their status as the new barons. At the end of the day, the only winners are those already at the top but on a much grander scale. Marxists are masters of social observation and they understand how to use what they observe against their ideological enemies. Think of it as a Nationwide example of sports figures and rappers who make a fortune only to be bankrupt in a few years. All their money spent on cars, gold jewelry, drugs, partying and real estate and your retirement account will fund it all. Why hasn't anyone gone after Patrice Cullers for the BLM grift? Because when the time is right, she'll have to distribute that fortune to the victims of white supremacy as a penance for her crimes and the ignorant will get to feel some form of justice from the discomfort of their new tenement housing.
