I’m pretty sure that the last time I drove into work it was in a Fred-Flinstone-mobile.

You don’t work in the oil patch. Talking to your cell mates on an hourly basis is of great importance.

I still haven’t had to return to any office and have no plans to. I tell recruiters I will consider 100% remote roles only. I’ve had no problems getting steady contracts.

Here all the banks want their workers to come in 3 days a week.

NO WAY are people working in office anywhere near as much as they were pre pandemic. Any workers with leverage simply refuse. If one bank is not willing to offer 100% remote work, one of their competitors will.

The company I work for is 100% remote, including the highest levels of management.

Our department meets at 10am every day sharp via ms teams. We take turns and report what we did yesterday, any issues blocking us, and what we plan on doing today.

It's the best group I've ever worked with, including some very big banks about 20 years ago. I never got this much work done in an office setting.

Two things you cannot trust any info from any Government department and anything you see in The Hill.

Exactly. I work with people who were previously in the office but are now 100% remote. Their companies didn't renew office leases.

We have new people working from home several states away. There is no local office for them to go in to.

Try the ribs at the local drive-in.

Careful, though. It tips the Flinstonemobile over.
