Disgusting that the left wants real men to bow down in submission to the abnormals, by playing with clothes that proclaim “homosexuality is good!”.

Hockey is easy to understand.
Some players are like major media propaganda running around in circles trying to confuse everybody.
Some players are like politicians trying to destroy everything good about the country so they can get wealthier. They keep shooting the puck over and over.
You are the goalie.

Claiming a religeous exemption? How about all the players just releasing a statement “were not wearing that faggot shit”. That would seem to me to be more in the spirit of the old time hockey I remember.

Gary Bettman, the Commissioner of the NHL, is pushing this “new religion” just like Randi Weingarten is in our schools and George Soros is across this nation.

This has nothing to do with Gary Bettman and everything to do with the NHL’s corporate sponsors. If the Third Reich was paying a billion dollars in sponsorship fees to the NHL, Bettman would sew the Nazi flag emblems on the uniforms himself.
I’m no big fan of Bettman, but on balance he has been good for the NHL. He even spearheaded some things that I found surprising — like the “holiday embargo” on NHL player trades that runs for about a week from around the 20th to the 27th of December every season.

Do you realize this could cause the NHL to lose ticket sales to all 63 LGBT fans in North America?

By interjecting “Nazi” and the “Third Reich” and painting Bettman as an amoral backstabbing person who is motivated solely by greed, you seem to be echoing some very tragic stereotypes.

I know - it’s a scary thought, but it’s a risk you have to take in business when such intolerance and hate will rear its ugly head.
OTOH, people like me, who never watch hockey, would buy a ticket just to thank them!
To: thegagline
You’re clearly not a hockey fan if you get offended so easily over nothing.
Bettman isn’t a dictator or even a self-made entrepreneur.
He is a hired hand who reports to the NHL Board of Governors and works for the team owners.

The fear is gone (probably because the Twitter bots have been eliminated). That is an interesting observation, Cotton. That had not occurred to me, but it makes a lot of sense.
In the same vein, Rush always railed against the outsize, over-amplified voice of the Southern Poverty Law Center which he called "two guys with a fax machine."

Professional sports broadcasts are an infomercial. The networks are selling viewers to dwindling advertisers. Such remaining advertisers are catering to a mentally ill demographic and demand the networks fall in line.
The networks, full of their own mentally ill individuals, agree and push for the same.
The real question is, "Why is anyone watching sports on television anymore, knowing the networks and advertisers abhor you and what you believe in?"

One of my fondest memories from the Reagan administration was the 1986 World Series when one of the New York Mets batters who had used drugs came up to bat and was booed with a loud chant of 'just say no!'
I think it was a raspberry for Darryl Strawberry, but some Freeper can probably help me out here. Somewhere, Nancy Reagan was watching and smiling.
We need to make antisocial self-destructive deviance unpopular again.

Exactly, this is how to do it. They count on us to march in lockstep. When that doesn't happen, it all falls apart.
My company used to ask all men to wear pink ties on some sort of breast awareness day. We all dutifully showed up with the pink ties the first year, saw how silly we looked, and many of us did not wear them the next year. By the third year, the company stopped asking us to wear them. Now I fully support women's breasts but think it's a silly gesture to wear a pink tie to show that I do.
This will also happen in women's sports, once females start not competing against biological men.
That all said, some men look awesome with pink ties. I think Trump pulls it off nicely. I, alas, am not one of them.
