He is debating whether to spend another 100 mil to protect that one percent against encroachers. I can’t imagine Hutchinson getting even close to one percent unless you have a primary that allows Dem crossover voters which is how the WMD warmonger Cheney’s daughter got to 27 percent against Harriet Hageman’s 72 percent in the R primary in Wyoming.
