Under Trump, US Marshals, having replaced the FBI, would be using AI scanning to find ANTIFA and anarchists and queers (and Ronlims lofl) with outstanding warrants, and cutting them out of the crowd quietly and boxing them up nicely and neatly, just as he did with the free green van rides in Seattle in 2020 after Jay Inslee quietly, desperately, appealed to the Feds under Trump to wrap up the CHUD, er, CHOP Zone.

Since they were State Legislators when so acting, if TN can tag them as officially insurrectionists then 14th §3 applies and they cannot run for election again. Ever. Or hold office as a judge, etc. Unless they first are cleared by 2/3 vote of each house of US Congress. I’m not sure how you make that official, but suggest those with the proven b*lls to expel them research it. Perhaps it’s only insurrection against TN Constitution and needs to be against US one to trigger 14th but details would be nice to know. And that would NOT be GOP upping the ante as Dems have tried to tar Trump, MTG and other GOP candidates with the same brush.
