Agree. Life here, even in early Jamestown, Va. beat living in Africa as a slave there. All this crap year after year is very old. We had two great black SF NCO’s in Project Omega, later CCS, MACVSOG. Both SFC Little and SFC Lamb were like all SF NCO’s in that they were awesome. SFC Lamb was stitched from one upper arm and shoulder across his chest to the other. He ordered a white E-5 to leave him in Cambodia and save the rest of the recon team. I arrived back in the states and into the ortho ward at Ft. Bragg. Several NCO’s there were former men I had served with. I watched SFC Lamb’s wife feed him every meal as he lost the use of both arms and hands. Travis Tritt was not around then.
