Why is the government interfering in our lives on the matter to start with. They can't change the climate and they know it.

The object is government control of all the utilities.

They already called for it in the Rochester area where RG&E has done a spectacular job for 120 years.

So truck were already being phased out of the picture in Cali. And now trains? How exactly DOES California plan to get products delivered? Solar-powered drones?

The massive plants needed to charge all of the “zero emission” vehicles will pump out tremendous amounts of co2- sun and wind aint gonna keep up with demand!

Agree 100%! The only exceptions to this are the very few of us energy prepper minded folks who have a lot of solar to power our homes and charge our EV's to insulate our finances from the Dim's stupid energy prices. But that's a tiny portion of EV owners.

Most EV owners are getting shocked!, shocked I tell ya! about their rising power bills, even though they voted for it to save the planet or whatever. Even most of the EV owners who also added solar did it to virtue signal instead of doing their homework to make sure solar and/or an EV was wise for their climate and their driving habits and power consumption habits, then if so how to optimize the equipment to meet most of their needs.

hmmm....no trucks, no trains,.....from the state that produces much of America's food?

It isn't as though Californians will suffer alone for their idiotic policies.

How will you be getting around to campaign for president Governor Noxious?

By using CO2-emitting private jets.

Next question, please, and make it snappy!

Like the Jews of the Old Testament during a fall, California has taken it's eyes off God to worship their gods, such as the “climate.” It's not going well and it won't end well for them. Fools. May good people prevent this from happening nationally.

Americans in general have absolutely NO IDEA HOW MUCH of everything they use is delivered by train.

Does California even have passenger trains?

I thought Fed.gov and the automobile destroyed passenger rail 60 years ago?

Why doesn’t some legislature just pass a law that the sky has to always be blue and the temperature needs to be above a certain level? It would make the same amount of sense.

Ports on the east coast in Texas and Flordia should see a substantial increase in business.

Does California even have passenger trains?

Lots of them I think. Besides Amtrak there are lots of commuter trains. Nearly all are pulled by diesel engines. But can California dictate to Amtrak what kind of locomotives it uses? The Amtrak routes are interstate.
