“I firmly believe that what this author calls a “comment section troll” is closer to a grassroots conservative...”

_____

I agree. Any conservative who posts comments showing the left’s accusations have been proven false, is immediately accused of being a “Putin-supporter” or “Russian-bot’.

I can spot a true democrat moderate voter who may just have questions about an issue. They will follow up any explanation (with links included) by conservatives, with a “thank you, I wasn’t aware of that part of the story”. Those commenters are now few and far between.

However, a Democrat paid troll will hi-jack any article comments with posts such as “What about Jared’s Saudi deal?” Or, what about “Ivanka’s China patents”? Their comments are obvious cut and paste comments that I’ve seen the person post numerous times before (and the same exact comments pasted on other sites by commenters with a different name) after which an explanation was provided by others more knowledgeable. They ignore those explanations only to cut and paste the same drivel on the next subject thread.

It is much the like with their comments about the Trump Tower/Alpha bank communication accusations. They KNOW that is something that has been truly DEBUNKED, but they insist on bringing it up in their “whataboutisvm” comments. Thus they have redirected the article comments to accusations against Trump, while the article subject matter is long forgotten.

Sometimes I play with them for a bit, but more often I just block them as most others do, and allow them to just “shake their fists at the clouds”. Now THAT really ticks them off. Ignoring them is the best thing for you because it is the worst thing for them.

And another thing, Jonah the Schnorrer lards the mid-section of his Friday stream-of-unconsciousness by pimping Chris Stirewalt!

You feel so bad for him, Schnorrer, why don't you hire fatty fatty puke puke lofl!

"Chris Stirewalt's leaving had nothing to do with the correct Arizona call by the Fox decision desk," Rupert Murdoch stated in an email to The Washington Post, rather Murdoch was concerned about "Stirewalt's on-air manner, which he perceived as overly casual for a discussion of the election results." ... analysis of "ratings on a minute-by-minute basis" indicated viewership flattening or falling during Stirewalt's frequent appearances."--wiki
