The folks they’re talking about taxing have the means to hire the best tax attorneys, and buy enough politicians for this to not pass, or not be “enforceable” if it does. And the ability to GTFO if all else fails.
A $5 million check does not transform ghetto trash into a responsible citizen.
Imagine 55,000 ghetto trash millionaires fanning out across the country to buy into affluent neighborhoods.

It will drive up home prices, maybe even doubling them for a short period of time. Then the repos will begin and home prices will crash.
I bet foreclosure numbers will be 70-80% of reparation money home purchases.
Then the complaints about how they were robbed and that they need a second round of money will begin.
I actually hope that SF blacks each get their reparation checks. The orgy of luxury spending and partying will be a sight to behold. The money will be gone overnight. It will be an abject lesson for America. Reparations is a giant get rich quick scam.
I want reparations from every black person in San Francisco. To right wrongs against me and my family who lived in San Francisco for decades. My mom was robbed by blacks, our cars got stolen by blacks, my sisters and I assaulted by blacks. I also had a bicycle and basketball stolen by blacks. They can just pass that $5 million check over to me.

You can prove this when developments are required to have 10% as ‘lower income’ properties-—but the house/landscaping MUST be the same as the other 90%.
