Thought he was dead already. My only memory of him is he SUCKED as a President and later as a protector of LEFTIST elections.

I believe hospice care is government funded.
We’d be much better off with Carter as President today.

If Carter’s anti semitism had been a one off, I might agree, but he was consistent and sought ways to be a stumbling block every chance he got and inserted himself into their business even after he left office.
It was a scab on his character that he couldn’t quit picking. It was one of the reasons that many evangelicals dumped him for the divorced! Reagan.
Some hospice today also does more than just palliative care too

As President, Jimmy Carter was WEAK and ineffective and WAAAAYYY to Liberal with most sane people the world over, including myself, thinking he was pathetic.
While Reagan was giving his inaugural speech, with Jimmy sitting a few feet away, the Iranian Terrorists were beside themselves scrambling to get the 76 hostages on a plane and get them the hell out of Iran before Reagan’s speech ended (Yes, to you detail guys, I’m probably stretching the facts just a little).
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, I always admired Jimmy and Rosalyn’s marriage. I’m sure the fact that I failed twice at that endeavor has something to do with that view of Jimmy’s marriage.

Never thought I’d live long enough to experience a president worse than Carter. The difference between Carter and Biden, though, is that at least Carter wasn’t intentionally destroying the country.
