Putin lives in a fantasy world. Moscow and other parts of Russia will continue to be attacked and rightfully so. When you play total war concepts with civilians, as the Russians have, you are exposing your own to the same.

Russia won’t use tactical nukes. It’s an idle threat by a desperate Putin. These threats will get worse as the summer offensive is started by Ukraine. It won’t work.
