The two guys in the last video are volunteers who bring food to civilians in Ukraine. As you can see, the video is from immediately after the bombing, even before the police, military, and ambulances arrive.
The hotel is barely damaged, the restaurant is destroyed.
You are the one fantasizing that there are "Western operatives" everywhere.
Maybe you just need to accept that the Ukrainians are doing their own fighting.

American Blackhawk helicopters have rushed to the site to recover American dead and wounded.
The Pentagon certainly does not want the Kramatorsk locals digging out and publicly identifying American soldiers in the rubble.
The video taken by civilians who were in the restaurant when the attack happened shows that the soldiers came to the restaurant to help in the rescue efforts.
The statement in the video that there were military trucks parked out front was not true when the attack happened. The trucks came to provide help. You can see that in the video.

Apart from the restaurant the damage shown in the Russian propaganda video happened months ago. Look at the broken windows, etc. in the hotel, and the destroyed building behind it in the articles below. That happened in March.
The Russians just attacked a restaurant popular with civilians, aid workers, and journalists. Just like they shelled aid workers and journalists during the recent flood in Kherson.
Killing teenage girls is hard to justify, but that's Russia's contribution to the world now. Their nation has joined ISIS, Al Qaeda, and all the other terrorists.
I suspect it is "widely reported" on the talking points memos that get handed out in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Not anywhere else.

Pretty obvious why it’s not reported by CNN, but it still doesn’t change the ENGLISH LANGUAGE that dominated the videos on the Kramatorsk strike.
