Note that Uganda, the African nation that recently imposed strict punishment for homosexual activity, has most of its foreign debt with Red China, which is also Uganda's main trading partner. OTOH, when Vice President Harris went to Ghana a country heavily indebted to the IMF, she decried legislation in that country that would impose stricter laws against homosexuality. Her "carrot" was $100 million in aid.

Most of Sub-Saharan Africa is culturally conservative, whether Christian or Muslim. China and Russia do not push sexual perversion or the Green New Deal. America, Britain, and France may lose their influence in Africa as a result.

Most gay people (outrageous Pride People) are very difficult to manage (as we see). They're screaming drama queens.

They might serve some purpose for a dictatorship, but I sure can't think of one.

That said, there are plenty of steady gay people like Peter Thiel and Douglas Murray.
