The key point is they’re not denied service. She’ll take gays as any kind of client but she won’t do gay wedding sites for anyone no matter who asks from straight to whatever the latest alphabet grouping is.
What happened to this nation? Literally Satanic crap has taken over so much. It’s sickening and sad.

I wonder if SS would write the same thing if this was an Islamic web designer refusing to create a buggery website.
Yeah don’t you know? Homos are a protected class but not those who practice freedom of religion which is in the constitution.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”
Just more proof the DemoMarxists hate the constitution.
No, the court ruled it is not necessary under the law to serve a perverted, degenerate class that do not measure up to standards of being human
One way to respond to this persecution is by making a gay wedding cake page, and making it the grossest, most banal piece of trash you can manage. On top of the cake, dueling penises. Cum-colored frosting. Bondage theme for the rest of the cake, with dancing gerbils.
So your religious rights go away once you open your business to the public? What part of the Constitution is she looking at? I assume she’s using the 1964 Civil Rights Act to justify her opinion, although with idiot leftists like her, you don’t really need a legal justification for your decisions.
Rand Paul was right in pointing out the un-Constitutionality of the Civil Rights Act. However well intended its aims may have been, it expanded the reach of the Federal government beyond its Constitutional limits and was the foot in the door the left needed to impose all sorts of limits on what private individuals can do.
“”Protected class huh???””
My first thought and what really stood out! In their MINDS obviously those are “the protected class” but where in our laws does it pertain to them as any more protected than any other citizen? It’s like the penalty for killing a federal or any officer of the law is more than the penalty for killing an ordinary citizen???
