Oh, the Wise Latina’s personal experience with affirmative action is taking its toll. Affirmative action puts people into jobs where there is a mismatch between what the job requires and the person’s competencies. That cause’s incredible dissatisfaction in the recipient’s life. Ultimately they truly understand that they have been found wanting, not deserving.

I want the three affirmative action justices to be happy. There is a solution.
