If she “saw” this occurring, and she has a security clearance herself, then it is her duty to act on it.
These docs are in the hands of the President (present or former), he is the classification authority, period.

Has Trump been using the information in the documents to enrich himself or his family? has anyone been hurt by him having those documents? Did he share those documents with the Chines or Russia or any other country? Yet, Biden did all of those things, and he and his son are getting away with treason and blackmail of foreign officials. Quite a difference.
And, Trump was president before he ‘took’ those documents, while Biden had absolutely no authority as vice-president or as senator to have classified documents in his house or anywhere.
