Hunter was given access to the documents by his father. And he was sharing the information with his overseas business associates in Ukraine. The Biden crime family made millions in Ukraine performing nefarious and criminal activities including espionage.
TGP reported in January that the greedy Biden Crime Family were using US classified information to advance their financial benefit........classified info compiled to protect the safety and security of tax paying Americans.

A President is a whole separate category from anyone else in the United States.

The president can, at any time, declassify or classify anything within the executive branch that he wants. He IS the boss. He needs no permission, no declaration. Period.
Apparently she’s speaking of when he was POTUS.
POTUS is the original classification authority.
In that role he is not answerable to ANY other except God Almighty.
But the trouble is, there was never a POTUS who refused to toe the deep state line since JFK.
Until Trump.
They’re not really concerned about any documents, that’s not the real issue.
They want to legally codify for now and all time that POTUS works for THEM first, and that POTUS needs THEIR permission to spill secrets.

No, I have no security clearance. It is my understanding, and I could easily be wrong, that the President can declassify any document. It makes sense that if he had them in his possession they were declassified. It’s not like he had someone sneak them out stuffed down their pants.
This lady just got rich—Be anti-Trump—get a fat paycheck and a good position at one of a dozen places. Corruption pays well—look at Hunter. Many Americans would sell out Nuke codes to China or Russia for the right price tag.
