It was a a sad story but done so well. Ballard is a very brave man. Loved the cast and Caveziel was great as always.
There were some tearing up moments and also some happy moments.
The worst part is that Ballard’s story was only a fraction of the total situation of selling human children into sex trafficking and other forms of slavery or death.
There was a movie, or maybe a TV series, in 2005 called Human Trafficking
It was excellent in producing a clear and hard hitting expose of what is actually going on.

it had Mira Sorvino and Donald Sutherland.
Mira Sorvino is in this movie too!….18 years later
Her role is rather small. She plays Ballard’s wife who was all for him saving those kids.
I thought you might want to see this. This young woman is soooo right.
