You obviously didn’t read the article. It was the employees of the restaurant who searched the phone trying to determine who it belonged to, so they could return it, only to find the incriminating photos instead. At that point they notified authorities. Don’t know what your problem is.

If one were so inclined, if they went to the Most Wanted pages of a police or sheriffs department, that had a large hispanic population within the jurisdiction, they would find that damn near every person wanted for Child Molestation, etc etc, is hispanic. Not all, but most.
