Actually the Laptop was verified as legitimate before this liar signed off on the letter. He did disinformation, using his security clearance, to illegally influence the 2020 election. That, by Democrat and DOJ standards, is insurrection and a criminal act. He should be immediately swatted, at 3am in the morning. Then he should be placed in Leavenworth prison, for 3 years, before he can speak with his lawyer and be allowed no evidence to defend himself.

Of exemption and exception, either works in context, I think — especially if you throw in artistic license.
