Obviously I was not sufficiently clear. When I asked for the name of an Indianapolis neighborhood where residents were forced out with gentrification, I thought it would be obvious that the location would be in Indianapolis, and an actual neighborhood. Apparently not. Greenwood is not a neighborhood, nor is it even in the same county as Indianapolis. Perhaps you meant to say Bloomington.

1) I never said that.
2) The original person I replied to asked what is going on in INDIANA.
3) I said that "At least that's PART of the problem".
4) I said that Muncie has ALWAYS been a partial shithole.
5) Greenwood has turned into a rougher area because of displacement. Displacement is a real based on the above report and my own observations and other people I know from the area.
