Trump did what he promised to do during his presidency.
Desantis did what he promised to do during his Governance of Florida.
Those two men are the best in the Republican party today. Because they have always done what they promised to do.
May Trump win back the presidency in 2024.
May Desantis become POTUS in 2028.
Not destroyed simply out numbered.

Right, that is why Trump bashes him all the time, because DeSantis doesn’t have a chance....Trump is a child...he would rather burn down the country than let anyone else get the spotlight.

Like I said on a previous post...
I love the phrase. It paints a buccaneer image of a sailor boldly swinging aboard the ship of state and capturing it by whatever means necessary.
I contrast it against the image of Trump boarding from his gold plated ship’s tender, calling the crew names and then appointing more Christopher Rays or Bill Barrs to captain the ship.
The Trump “cult” must be enormous , judging by poll results. But, far be it from me, to postulate that DeSantis ain’t got a prayer of beating Trump! There is no contest. There never was. But, who am I to say so?

There is something weird & off about this guy.
The cult is large because there are many weak-minded people in this country who see a liberal NYC billionaire and become enthralled by him. Some of us, however, choose to follow ideals and principles, not men.
That’s the big question.
You can almost tell how these guys will act simply based on who their financial backers are.
These guys are basically just props, a bobblehead, that represents certain interests.
Of course who is financing them is a well kept secret. What we are told is usually just the tip of the iceberg.

the man is posturing for votes, no doubt.
I just cannot become excited about a politician that conjures images of Romney, Bush-shrub, and over half of the same old same old tired GOP.
Because we despise or dislike him.

LOL. It’s not like we have to guess at whether DeSantis is presenting Trump with a competitive challenge. We know DeSantis’ campaign is faltering and has been pretty much since day one. Anyone silly enough to think Trump is “scared” of someone polling 40 points below him is not to be taken seriously.
Well we’ve heard from the WWF Candidate. Cage match with “Florida Man, Governus DiStractus” vs. The “Swamp Savage”.
He exposed them for the true aholes they are.
