A Utah man who has been charged with participating in the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, has reportedly had tens of thousands of dollars seized by the federal government.

John Sullivan sold footage of a confrontation between Capitol Police and the crowd storming the building to multiple news outlets. Part of it showed an officer shooting and killing Ashli Babbitt.

Federal authorities confiscated approximatedly $90,000, according to a report from Reuters.

The court filings cited by Reuters, which were unsealed Thursday, show that Sullivan also faces new charges. He faces eight criminal counts, including weapons charges.

Sullivan is one of several Utahns charged with being involved in the insurrection.

Sullivan recorded video of the confrontation between rioters and police just outside the U.S. House of Representatives chamber that included the shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt and, according to court filings, boasted to an unnamed witness that “my footage is worth like a million of dollars, millions of dollars.”

A guy named “Max Blumenthal” began commenting on social media on Sullivan when Sullivan was detained with the money.

The gist of his reporting (take with a grain of salt, I don’t know of the guy) was that Sullivan had joined leftist protests out west but Max, apparently a leftwingnuts himself, claimed that Sullivan was disliked and thought by some to be an agitator. Not sure how liberal agitators during their riots can pick out agitators agitating their own agitators while they are agitating, but that is his story. He may have been making those claims to try to distance the BLM - Antifa crowd from Sullivan once the guy was arrested, or it may be true that leftwing movement members felt he was a fed infiltrating them.

Could be he plays for a third party that has no love for right or left in the US , like the Russians when they paid for both pro and anti Trump protests in NY right after he was elected.

The degree to which this is known is far beyond speculation. Wasn’t he financially compensated by the MSM for his related phone footage? He video recorded the Babbitt seen where the other Antifa jackwagons coordinated her involvement. That’s all I’m gonna say.

If ANTIFA wasn't there, then why were the first people inside the Capitol Building the guy in the Conan costume, that Antifa videographer John Sullivan, and some woman with a bullhorn yelling instructions through a broken window to people inside wearing gas masks?

How is it that, if this was supposed to be Trump-supporters storming the Capitol in an insurrection, that these leftists were the ones who were there first?

I'd really like to know how many MAGA supporters bring gas masks and bullhorns to Trump rallies.

Here is a good video from the Epoch Times that shows how Antifa supporters were there first in order to manipulate the Trump rally crowd that day.

At the beginning of the video, look out the window as the rally people begin to arrive and consider that these ANTIFA thugs are already inside the Capitol building breaking windows.
