The spokesperson is lying. It isn’t a “fictitious” version of the indictment. It was obviously uploaded to the court’s website prematurely. Although the GJ had not yet finished their deliberations. I would think this would be grounds for a dismissal of any of the charges listed in the “premature” indictment. It can’t be legal to assign a case number and file it with the Court when the GJ is still deliberating.
This persecution of Trump is going to have to be stopped by a higher court if our nation is going to remain a nation.
Trump attorneys: “This was not a simple administrative mistake. A proposed indictment should only be in the hands of the DA’s Office, yet it somehow made its way to the clerk’s office and was assigned a case number and a judge before the grand jury even deliberated.”
With these leaks, it’s as if they are “focus-grouping” their accusations to gauge how much outrage or lack thereof their evil schemes will generate.
Kind of reminds me of the SC leak for the abortion case. Either good intentions or bad I have no doubt it was a planned leak and may have been done as a gauge as that you mentioned.
We can do better than Bud Lite. We haven’t even tried yet. Imagine a week in America when 80 million of us didn’t buy a car, an appliance, a pair of shoes, a restaurant meal, etc. It’s not illegal. It would hurt us but it would get their attention. We need to add some serious consequences to the current clown show. Maybe the Republicans would wake up and actually do something to protect our freedoms and rights.
A million people showed up on the Washington Mall to protest the Vietnam war.
We need five million to March on Washington to protest this communist overthrow of our government.
