They were provisional electors and the proviso didn’t materialize.

Another step in the process of making opposition to The Party illegal. This is normal in any totalatarian regime that does not yet have total control. The way I see it, by inauguration day 2033, The Party will have total control.

Re: "They know that if Trump is on the ballot, we win."

You might want to re-think that idea.

In the last 12 General Election polls, which go back almost one month...

Biden beats Trump 9 times. Average margin is less than 3%.

Trump beats Biden once, and there are two ties.

Maybe a lot of Conservatives do not believe in polls, but Democrats definitely believe in polls.

Right, but that's not my question.

Every election since Legislatures started using this method of appointing Electors includes "provisional electors", people who would do the voting if their guy won.

THAT can't possibly be a crime. I mean, every four years in NH there are four "provisional" electors for Lyndon LaRouche, and 20 other people who are on the ballot.

What is it that the provisional Trump electors ACTUALLY DID, other than breathing, that could be a crime?

Maybe they signed documents

Every valid electoral vote is accompanied by a Certificate of Ascertainment.

If they forged those, they are going to prison.

He will be on the ballot, but whether he’s in court or prison, he will lose - see the various articles preparing the public for DJT’s 2024 loss, claiming numerous reasons like: ‘he will lose the popular vote again’.

Now do you understand why Kari Lake was not permitted to win this election in Arizona?

Trump will win or lose depending on whether or not the Democrats, mainly Obama’s shadow government, is able to cheat as they have been doing since he ran for office, and in particular in 2020.

You mean you never met an able bodied male over age 15 who knew he was part of the constitutional militia?
Shocking!

What militia?
We The People.

That’s a little vague. So just an armed mob.

https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title10/subtitleA/part1/chapter12&edition=prelim

§246. Militia: composition and classes (a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. (b) The classes of the militia are— (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Less vague? I don't see any reference to 'armed mob' but then most armed forces are mobs to someone.

Nice concept.

It's not mine. I think that definition comes from James Madison. It would probably be considered sexist today, but its usually the men who do the dirty work when needed.
