Economic problems in China are a big part of this. Chinese are leaving in all directions, not just the US.
Lax border enforcement adds to the numbers, certainly.
China’s economy is running mostly off fumes at this point. Because of lock-downs...eventually, various non-Chinese-owned companies shutdown, and moved off to India and a couple of Asian neighbors. Go look at freighter traffic. Tons of shipping containers just sitting around.
I would imagine by early 2024....probably 50,000 Chinese a month will be arriving in somewhere south of the US border, and will be crossing.
Somewhere down the road...there’s going to be 20-million illegal Chinese in the US and seeking jobs. If you an American who wanted to believe in victim status or were stupid enough to be ‘lacking’...they will be taking jobs.

Ninety percent of these Chinese illegals are military age men. They are not coming here because of their “Christian” faith.
I would wager that Obama IS involved, in a big way. There are many things he couldn't do as President, without significant pushback. Now, with his network calling the shots for him, he can 'blame it on Joe', while pushing for the things he always wanted to do.

I know a fair number of Chinese. The vast (vast) majority of them are very honest and hardworking — really, nearly all ethnic Asians are like this. While some do display pride in China, many of them seem to have no love for the CCP. The reason they left is because of problems at home, of one kind or another. If anything, they just seem very interested in putting their nose to the grindstone and building a life here. I have a lot of respect for nearly all of them.
Now, is it possible they are just fooling me and are really here to take over the country? Well, never say never, but I would not bet on it. If that is their intention, they are hiding it extremely well.
My entire life experience with them is that Asians are a model minority, with Vietnamese near the top and Philipinos near the bottom.
