I do think that if Trump. Somehow manages to get back in he will ignore conventional wisdom and surround himself with outsiders. Vivek will be one. Better vetting than the ExxonMobil guy however. Would not be surprised to see Don Jr.in the cabinet or as a top advisor.

Christian Conservatives. Those for whom Roe V Wade was the single issue and they didn’t trust Trump on judges. It doesn’t have to be a state. Just a constituency that you’re not playing well with.

Vivek "Soros" Ramaswamy? You mean that guy?

I'm supposed to throw someone under the bus for accepting a scholarship from a program that honors immigrants started by Paul Soros who died about a decade ago?

Is that what we are going with?

Ramaswamy wouldn’t be his VP choice. I think he’ll select a conservative female but he would choose him to head Health and Human Services, or Education, to dimantle the department of Eduction. or?

I think Pence brought the evangelical vote of which I am one. Although many of us are disappointed in him now, he delivered at the time. Trump was hard to vote for for many evangelicals due to his Playboy persona and multiple marriages. Pence won us over.

All they have is lies. Even Haley had to stoop to lies against Vivek. So I rule her out.

Pretty obvious why Trump would like Vivek, even beyond the ass kissing and VP potential. Similar to Trump, he’s an outspoken outsider who doesn’t say what the establishment wants to hear.

It appears that there are a few here that are vehemently opposed to Vivek. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if I don’t agree with them, but this thing about a “Soros” connection is suspect. My understanding is that some Soros Foundation used his image without permission, he sued them, won the suit, and they had to remove the reference.

Desanctimonius started off by dismissing, dissing and betraying Trump and then says, listen to me. Christie starts off by cussing out Trump and says, “listen to me”. Halliday starts off going against her pledge to not run against Trump and says, listen to me. Pence, betrays Trump and country and says, “listen to me”. Vivek praised Trump, gave him all the credit he deserved and then said, “listen to me”. There is an obvious path to negotiating with those who support Trump. The fact that only the young outsider has any clue how to negotiate is really all the evidence you need on any one of these characters that they are not up to the task of being President. Thry won’t be negotiate the world into peace or the country into financial prosperity. It’s easy to say what Trump says from a policy perspective. It’s NOT easy to do what he did.

Ramaswamy won a scholarship prize for either undergraduate oor graduate matriculation from one of the universities and the prize at that time was funded by Soros. It was not money soros gave to him. It was a scholastic prize he won that happened to be funded by Soros

“Ramaswamy has paid wikipedia to erase his Soros history”

Here’s what Wikipedia says on that:

“The edits to the Wikipedia biography removed references to Ramaswamy’s postgraduate fellowship from the George Soros-funded Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans, as well as his involvement with the Ohio COVID-19 Response Team.
Paul and Daisy Soros are the elder brother and sister-in-law of businessman and social activist George Soros”

I heard Vivek Ramaswamy took Soros money... True??

It wasn’t Soros, it was Schwab’s brother’s money. I think it was in Tucker’s interview that he explained the circumstances. I will just say he has sued those who used his name to promote their agenda. Look it up.

Paul Soros?

It is clear that George Soros is Satan’s man to destroy America.

What’s this about Vivek taking money from him or was it from Paul Soros?

Kari Lake sued multiple times last year to overturn her loss to Katie Hobbs in an attempt to have the results overturned and herself declared the winner. Lake’s lawsuits were rejected by the courts.

That might not be the best thing for aTrump ticket.

I didn’t watch the debate. I’ll hunt down a transcript later. With that said, The Hill described Ramaswamy as the only candidate that supported Trump. For me it signals that I will never support any of those candidates in the future. They have zero hope in ‘24.

“If one had any doubts who would be Trump’s VP pick, doubt no more.”

I don’t think a single comment is something to go bet the rent money on.

Trump could be simply elevating one person to tear down another.

Agree!
Lost her election & lost in court. The fact both were under very dubious circumstances will never make the PR narrative.

All the sound bite will have is she lost!

Rule-of-thumb: In modern politics if you have to explain something about yourself. You’re headed toward loserville! If it takes more then two sentences you’re there! It’s not fair but it’s the reality of the circus we call politics!

This is why we get these PR packaged buffoons in office!
