I think the Founders would have wanted what goes on in the “Halls of Justice” exposed for all to see.
Justice is supposed to be public. Although anyone can walk into the public area of a court during proceedings, that doesn’t reach a wide enough audience. Those who can’t attend are subject to the editorial delights of various media outlets as to what they want to report.
As a Citizen, I have a right to observe trials. I want to see if a President, or anyone else for that matter, receives a fair and just verdict.

Of course revolution is always illegal. You have to be willing to pay the price if you can’t win, which is a good thing, because you really don’t want people resorting to revolution over matters that aren’t serious enough for them to take that risk.
But it’s not the only recourse. We could engage in mass civil disobedience, for example, which the right so far has mostly not even bothered to try, but which is a tried and proven tactic that has even forced the world’s most powerful empire (at the time) to come to the negotiating table. It doesn’t always work, but I’d say it’s certainly worth a try before you go and revolt.
Then there are also other steps people might consider that aren’t legal but don’t rise to the level of all-out revolution. Sabotage, for example. Targeted assassinations. Terrorism. Not pretty things, but all of them are tactics that have proven effective in other situations in the past yet still fall short of a full revolution.
I beg to differ. He has very little cognitive ability left from everything I’ve seen him make one public appearance and disappear for a few weeks in the process will repeat. He’s in hiding right now, after the disastrous Y, I suffered a minor kitchen fire that was put out in a few minutes by the fire department, so I know how it feels to have your entire neighborhood burned to the ground with people still missing.
It’ll be more fun to see him elected, and sworn in on January 28 2025, and to hear that his first order is to have biden arrested for treason.
