This act has elevated Trump to Folk hero—American Legends like Washington crossing the Delaware, Lincoln at Gettysburg, Davy Crocket at the Alamo swing his long rifle, General MacArthur wading ashore, Buzz Aldrin’s first steps on the Moon. Bush with Fireman at Ground Zero New York. He has become more American. They were fools to have done this.
