This isn't news and it isn't profound. It is just the way it is.
I grew up in Mississippi so I‘ve seen black voting patterns all my life up close and personal (I’m 55). Those voting patterns have never changed in my lifetime. Blacks vote for whoever is going to give them more handouts, PERIOD. That has, at least in our lifetimes, been universally the Democratic Party. There are a few outliers but that holds true for 97% of them. I wish it wasn’t true, but it is and it’s not going to change.
Looking at the graph, I’d say FDR locked up the black vote.
We were told that Trump would get a lot of black votes in the last election too. It didn’t happen.
There are a few black conservatives, and they post a lot on Twitter and YouTube, but never assume they speak for the black community.
Black women are especially heavy Democrats, and any black man who wants to get laid will not cross them.
Or they could date obese white women which seems to be a thing.
That’s the point of mail-in voting.
They WILL all be registered to vote. They WILL get their mail-in ballot.
And they WILL hand the ballot over to their designated Democrat ballot harvester to fill in for them, and submit, or there WILL be hell to pay.

If it continues the up trend it could be 16% or even a bit more.
