Act Blue was all in for Fani Willis, even paying for campaign ads.

James O’Keefe uncovered fraud by ActBlue
<><>found that median-income type Democrats had donated nominal amts to ActBlue
<><>but ActBlue records falsely showed they had donated hundreds of thousands.

The donors were shocked and confused when interviewers asked
them if the 100’s of 1000’s were the amts they had donated.

The ActBlue scam was an elaborate money laundering operation
<><>they falsified financial records submitted to the FEC
<><> falsely declaring they had received big buck donations
<><>then illegally breaking them down into small donations
<><>falsely attributing those donations to fictitious names.

Fani Willis withheld exculpatory evidence
Evidence Exonerating Trump’s Alternate Electors

In her Aug. 14 laughable indictment of Trump, Fani Willis alleged
<><>the existence of Republican electors for Trump constituted an unlawful “conspiracy” to overturn 2020 election results.
<><>Willis falsely claimed these alternate electors “unlawfully falsely held themselves out” as Georgia’s “duly elected and qualified” presidential electors.
<><>She further insisted these electors intentionally attempted to “mislead.”

However, among the documents Willis has in her possession obtained during her years-long investigation of Republicans was a meeting transcript refuting her allegations which she willfully withheld.

<><>A transcript of the Georgia Republican electors’ Dec. 14, 2020, meeting, obtained by The Federalist, explicitly shows the intent
<><>that casting alternate electors was not to impersonate public officers, as Willis alleged, but to lawfully preserve Trump’s legal challenge to the state’s election results.
<><> documents specifically noted how the electors were acting as “Republican nominees for Presidential Elector,” not as “duly elected and qualified” presidential electors.

The report says:

"Another point of interest was that many of the campaign contributions to the Fani Willis campaign were from out of state contributors. Many of these out of state contributors fit the profile of the ActBlue money laundering scheme victims and participants that we had identified in every single state across America.

You can check the names for yourself using the FEC campaign finance database...."

Between his ActBlue and Pfizer stories, he evidently convinced some people he needed to he silenced.

I hope he is paying close attention to his personal security.

Georgia Sec. of State’s Testimony Blows Up Fani Willis’ Case
The Politics Brief ^ | September 1, 2023 | Nathan Baker

Former President Donald Trump did not ask Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to engage in any illegal conduct during the 2020 election, according to his testimony.

Logo Home Commentary Commentary Georgia Sec. of State’s Testimony Blows Up Fani Willis’ Case By Nathan Baker - September 1, 2023 Former President Donald Trump did not ask Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to engage in any illegal conduct during the 2020 election, according to his testimony.

The refutation of the claim that Trump asked to fraudulently “find votes” blows a gaping hole in the middle of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ racketeering case against the former president and 18 of his associates.

According to George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley, Raffensperger testified that the call, while “extraordinary,” was a “settlement negotiation” that took place during a debate over whether to pursue another recount of votes and not a demand to make up new votes.

“We must strip her of all funding and, if appropriate, impeach Fani Willis,”
Colton Moore, vice chairman of Georgia Freedom Caucus, said in a statement.

“America is under attack,” Moore wrote on X. “I’m not going to sit back
and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET their opponents.”

A probe into Willis’s prosecution of Trump could lead
to her impeachment, Breitbart reported.

A review of Fani Willis’ indictment against Trump reveals the woman actually reads
at third grade level w/ a zero IQ. Her ludicrous, politically motivated charges include:

<><>criminalizing free speech,
<><>listing numerous mundane “acts” she “says” further a “conspiracy” to overturn the 2020 election.
<><>criminalizing text asking for phone nos “to chat with state leaders”
<><>Trump’s conversations on election results as a “furtherance” of alleged crimes.
<><>Trump’s tweets constitute a “furtherance” of alleged crimes
<><>Trump conspiring when he asked voters to watch televised GA Legislature hearings.

Upshot: Willis would give Democrats a monopoly on election results conversations.

Reality Check

In 2017, a woman sued conservative actor, James Woods, for misidentifying her as a Nazi in an allegedly libelous tweet. The tweet included a photo not of her but of a different woman giving a Nazi salute while wearing a Donald Trump t-shirt at a campaign event.

The court ruled in favor of Woods under the “innocent construction rule.”
She appealed, but the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the ruling.

The “innocent construction rule” requires courts to consider a written or oral statement in context, giving the words, and their implications, their natural and obvious meaning.

If a statement may reasonably be interpreted innocently, it cannot be actionable per se. [Republic Tobacco Co. v. N. Atl. Trading Co., 381 F.3d 717, 726-727 (7th Cir. Ill. 2004)]

Fani Willis, Who Indicted Trump for Questioning Election Tweets, Questioned Election in Tweets
Front Page Magazine ^ | August 25, 2023 | Daniel Greenfield

Two sets of laws. Selective prosecution means they get enforced only against political opponents.

And so the nation watched the disgraceful circus unfold in Atlanta with a pro-crime DA indicting her political opponents including former President Trump for, among other things, tweets.

Benny Johnson however documented multiple instances of Fani Willis, the DA, tweeting her skepticism of the election and calling it into question.

Like this one in which she seizes on the water leaks to raise questions about the count as Trump’s associates have been accused of doing.

at web site

Questioning elections is obviously illegal when Democrats win but an urgent defense of democracy when Republicans win. Since Fani Willis did not yet know the outcome of the election, it was ‘legal’ to question it at the time because she was worried a Republican might win, but once a Dem had won it, it became retroactively illegal to question it.

DA Fani's tweet is known as an admission by opponent
and can be entered into evidence by Trump's defense.

US political campaigning has been nothing BUT a money laundering operation for a very long time.

People wholly without recommendation, experience, discernment, education or competence join these races with the tacit understanding that they will not/CANNOT be elected ... but they campaign anyway just to stuff their pockets.
