When you are served with a subpoena either you respond, respond with objections, or, after a meet and confer conference, file a motion for a protective order.
Lying, engaging in subterfuge, or ignoring a subpoena are not options.

The raid was to get the “Crossfire Hurricane” documents not the Classified the President Trump is authorized to have.

There's no need- nothing to see here. Best to move along.

if we knew the3 scope of each document, we might be able to solve this.

However, in their meeting, Trump insisted to Corcoran that he made clear to those around him that “anything that comes into the residence should be declassified,” the transcript reads.
Was this in the recordings?

If they were requesting “classified” documents, there weren’t any.
Telling the court that there weren’t any would have been the truth.

In his radio interview with President Trump this morning, Hugh Hewitt flat-out asked, “Did you move the boxes?”
President Trump said, kind of angrily, “I could do anything I wanted with those boxes. They’re covered by the presidential records act.”
Oh, boy.
To: thegagline
All those documents were at the White House at one time.
Maybe the unelected democrats working for NARA should’ve made sure they collected the paperwork before the move.
One thing that will never be told, is the amount of documents that Clinton, Bush, and Obama have, right now, that are similar to Trump’s.
“But that’s different.”(In a Karen voice)

Personally, I believe when there are a lot of responses to
a subject then you'll get many varying opinions as one
person may hear things that others don't hear/remember.
The larger the group then there is potential for variances.

Trump’s lawyers won’t adopt and defend Trump’s hard-minded approach to things.
They’re more interested in defending their law licenses from depredation at the hands of deep state hacks occupying the professional committees and licensing boards. Just like doctors during the plandemic.

I don't know. I tend to believe President Trump over random Internet posters, no offense intended.
He said the Iran attack plan was like, highly confidential. Then he said: Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this. And then: See as president I could have declassified it. Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.
Are you saying that President Trump was lying when he said that?
To: thegagline
Motion to quash is also an option.

Are you saying that President Trump was lying when he said that? That statement will never be read in court. He was chatting with a reporter. He was not under oath. Most likely he was just blustering. Or he was lying to the reporter. Who cares? He knew he had every right to handle those documents in any way he pleased.
