I don’t know the value of Hawaiian property. I only know that Oprah, Dwayne Johnson, Zuck and others can buy property there and I can’t and neither can you.
The statement is certainly familiar to me only difference was the London comparison or lack of one. In other words the most expensive property on earth.
I can believe expensive enough for vultures to gather not to mention the politics stink and it’s on an island. I’m not a likely bidder.
They do it here all the time. I’m in Upstate NY.
“The smart city 2024 is coming. They need them out.”
They tell us what they are going to do. And the nay-sayers say “Oh, the government wouldn’t do that! The people wouldn’t let them. That’s a conspiracy theory.”
Tell that to the efficient light bulbs you previously enjoyed. Tell that to the people who were suddenly told they could no longer have a private well, but had to hook into city water. Tell that to the people who lost their businesses due to government dictates over a cold. Tell that to parents who are being ordered to refer to their daughter as a son. Tell that to the people sentenced to 10 years or more in prison for entering the capitol. Tell that to Donald J. Trump and associates who contested a stolen election and are now facing bankruptcy at the best and years in prison at the worst.
Oh yeah, Project 2030 is fast approaching and given the speed of their success over the past few years, I suspect the majority of people will be in those 15 minute cities by then. They will go willingly, of course. For it will be for their own good.
But for me and my house. For we will stand for freedom and the Lord!

There are real numbers for these properties...and you’re not even close to the truth.
Agree...A better comparison might be NYC...and Lahaina won’t even be close.
It’s still pretty expensive, even just for a shack. That’s at the current level of development.
Once redeveloped, it will exponentially go up.

the whole thing has smelled like damage control from the beginning
I read all those...that’s why I got back to you with your BS. That’s really not that expensive...and I’m sure everyone had insurance and 90% will rebuild.
The state didn't sound alarms. They actively blocked exit roads. They denied water for firefighting. It was a screw-up from top to bottom.
They are poor people. many won’t have insurance.
They are going to be forced out for redevelopment purposes. The Hawaiian Governor has already stated that the state government wants the land. You can search for that yourself.
The government is working for somebody and that somebody isn’t us.
Not a screw-up.
Planned.
That’s because some here support the idea of 15 minute cities, thinking that they are designed to be neighbourhoods. They don’t understand that they will be like black neighbourhoods in the inner cities. Blacks are the population that has been experimented on by Democrats. What was done to them will be done to us.
What happened to probate?
If the owners of the property are dead and can't respond, aren't their estates supposed to go to probate until the heirs can resolve inheritance?
Then let the heirs figure out what they want to do with the property.
That's how it's supposed to work in the United States of America.

I believe we have arrived at the point in our nation where an “emergency” negates all laws, regulations, and rules that we previously depended upon for an orderly society. That’s why we are seeing more and more declarations of emergency by both city, state, and federal officials. They can do as they wish if it is due to an “emergency”. And btw, they get to define “emergency”.
Just ask any rat party member.
You are free to believe that all government is good government.
