Karl Rove and the Bush machine worked hard to get Paxton out of the way to pave the way for George Pee Bush to ascend to Attorney General and then upward.

I thought that Texans for Lawsuit Reform were the "good guys." Guess not.

Although Texans continue electing Republican majorities in the Texas House, all Democrat members are joined by enough RINOs to elect the speaker. The speaker then appoints Democrats and RINO supporters to chair committees thereby blocking Republican priorities. Democrats, with the help of a few RINOs effectively control the Texas House.

Conservative voters defeated several of the Republicans who voted to impeach Trump, and others retired from the U.S. House of Representatives. Only two of the ten GOP members are still in Congress. If Texas conservatives can achieve even one-half of that success, the days of RINO and Democrat control of the Texas House will end.
