We PUSHED for a revolt, and the way you know that to be true is because we kept our big tech operating, didn’t interfere with the ease of moving money for those trying to oust Yanukovych.
After the Cold War ended, a poor, corrupt, divided, Ukraine stood little chance to ward off our way of weaving ourselves into a country if we’re there and have interests.
We rolled into Ukraine with our State Department, CIA, NGOs, media and big tech, businesses, military and foreign “assistance,” loans, and of course it ALL has strings attached. 2014 is when we finally flipped Ukraine and since then we’ve owned them.

I guess the Russians never learned about the elections conducted in Ukraine after 2014. Regardless of what anybody thinks of Yanukovych's resignation in response to votes by the Ukrainian Parliament, President Zelensky was elected by the people of Ukraine in 2019.
