it maybe an outlier, so let’s wait for another poll. If another comes along this lopsided, Biden is in deep trouble.
25 percent republicans, 25 percent democrats and 42 percent independents. Not sure about the other 8 percent.
It’s so obvious that the Dem control group has decided to oust Biden now. It’s hard to imagine Sabato being this honest, but he knows that polling and the timing of publishing it is being manipulated at the moment to force Biden out “early”. I’d rather keep Biden remain their candidate longer, making the rigged change to Newsome even uglier.
Is this the Plan?: Instead of risking Newsome running for the nomination on his own behalf (because he’d lose), they will run a gaggle of proxies in their primaries, who after a few rounds of inconclusive nominating votes at the Dem Convention, will give over their delegates to the anointed successor.
