Actually, it is time, way past time, that everyone be treated equally. (Not equitably, but equally). Right now trans-GIBLETS are being treated as better and more entitled to everyone else.
Also now, whites and especially white males, are being over-looked and discriminated against for job opportunities and promotions in favor of “minorities” and especially those who pretend to be of the opposite sex; no matter the difference in abilities and practical education. This is all to appease the left for unequal treatment from decades ago.
I saw a video earlier of a white male tradesman who charges more for repair or installation jobs for obvious liberals. At this point, I don’t blame him. They should pay extra for the costs they are causing society at large.
In some fields that would result in hiring more straights to balance things out.
I think they are over represented.
