In the document in question, he doesn't define any doctrine to be believed by Catholics, and when he strays into scientific claims (AGW) that don't directly touch on Christian belief, he's not even talking about faith and morals, so it fails the infallibility test twice over.
+Francis doesn't seem to really believe in infallibility anyway. He tolerates bishops who suggest that women can be ordained (contradicting JP2's Ordinatio Sacerdotalis, which meets all four conditions for infallibilty), and has even made an offhand comment rejecting the Immaculate Conception (taught infallibly in 1854 by Pius IX).
Born and raised, HS graduated from Catholic school.
This Pope, (it pains me to say that), is an apostate.
I despise what he is doing to the Church, and the bigger society.
He was placed into his position in a most underhanded way I’m afraid, for the exact purpose we all are witnessing.
The takedown of the Catholic faithful.
Woke Pope.
Thanks!
Nobody is going to hell because they produce too much carbon dioxide but a lot are because they don’t know God. Too bad this pope can’t be bothered talking about that.
Positions like these are from those who believe humans are more powerful than God. This Pope is a heretic.
The pope is a person with an opinion and opinion doesn’t make it infallible. That comes into play when making doctrinal assertions. Those are typically vetted and sourced like a scholarly paper.
Why don’t Catholics fire this guy?
God knows that and He is the actual ‘chooser’ of the leader for the Body of Christ.
He chose all those from the beginning of creation to lead His people. He is still in charge and His choice is made.
I’ve said many times this piece of shit needs to be bound and gagged and thrown into the Tiber.
And I’m a Catholic.
