I have a solution which makes sense and can be used as a model for the rest of the world.
Israel and Egypt agree to terms which makes Sinai the new home for the Palestinians. The new country of Palestine will be the proof of concept for green energy. Everything that will go into creating the new country will be green. That includes vehicles, materials, power sources.
An international consortium will create the blueprints and the roadmap for the new country and the costs and risks associated with it. In the interim, Palestinians will start to populate the new “green” country, moving from Gaza and is so desired the West Bank. Weekly progress reports will be socialized to the world to bear witness to the new model for how we as the human race will operate going forward.
As a sign of goodwill, the United Nations will be moved to the new Palestinian country and member states will be housed in the new country to show the world their commitment to the incredible technological feat that is taking place.
On the official date of inception and voting into the UN, the place is nuked from orbit, just to be sure.
