I’ve seen this repeatedly. In makes no sense on the face of it since she’s no longer heading the House Dems. As the greatest practitioner of party discipline we’ve ever seen, I doubt she would undercut her leader Jeffries by making a side deal with McCarthy...and for what? What could he have offered her? This sounds spurious (but I’m open to seeing evidence.)
