Pogroms in Russia and Poland followed the many historical ones in Egypt, Assyria and elsewhere. One Greek supported them then the next called for death or deportation. Exile or worse.
So this current incident is one example of what would happen if the Arab countries and Iran succeeded in destroying the Jews of Israel. No place to go. No power over their own lives. No rescuers going to Entebbe in Africa.
