To be fair I think they are bit busy with other things in Ukraine right now. Not that a plane load of Israelis have showed up there recently.
It's probably unlikely that the women are prone to storm Israeli citizens, and the men are too busy trying to stay alive. Besides that, does Ukraine have a Muslim population? Thus your question is rather insincere on its face, whose motive is to demonize Russia.
The reality is that it has happened in just about every country of the former free world which itself is rapidly becoming tyrannical, so why all the concern of it happening in Russia? I really know the answer, it's a rhetorical, because the answer is to shine a positive light on Ukraine.
