Thanks for the background. It it is funny about how supposedly really smart people maneuver themselves into dead end corners. Go never Trump and find out that the guys in your corner are “from the river to the sea [Lebensraum for Muslims anyone?]” nazis. My concern here is how the elite universities in the US have destroyed themeselves by suppressing actual intellectual debate and freedom of speech.

He’s right in every regard, but that letter is too long. Donors need to start witholding their funding and in turn, use that money to fund endless civil rights litigation against Harvard and the students impacted. That is all these people understand.
